I’ve been off in my own little world, and just learned that One of the world’s most beloved voice-over artists, Don LaFontaine, died on August 22nd!
It might not be the best tribute, but it’s pretty good. Here’s the Geico commercial LaFontaine did a few years ago:

Back in April Paw Paw, Martha Stewart’s Chow, went to the great dogpark in the sky. Martha’s picking out her new puppy from a litter of Paw Paw’s grandpups. Way way too cute, I think I need insulin after looking at those pictures. (I’m still recovering from the day Paw Paw left this mortal coil).
