I did a google search and came across this article in the New York Daily News Food section, “Squirrel and other ‘weird meats’ get gourmet makeover.” Our long national squirrel nightmare is over.

Eric has already pointed out that last year’s christmas “treat” courtesy of my brother, kanagaroo jerky, is on that site. (It was sort of gamey. It tasted nothing like chicken).
