    I read about a trick to take short naps (something that alludes me) is to drink a caffeinated beverage before you nap. It takes about 30 minutes for the caffeine to kick in and then you are awake and alert! You got your nap and are now ready to go – all win! Except (looks at clock) it doesn’t seem to work for me. Nice idea though. Maybe I’ll keep testing it.

    When and if I nap I wake up confused and disoriented. I may have more spring in my step but I’m usually energetic and foul.

    I did take a nap coming across Alligator Alley the other day. I wish I hadn’t been driving.
