The Blue Moon Festival is gonna be a lot of fun. It’s a combination of artists from Artomatic, Community Zoe, the Frederick area, and planet Earth
August 1 to Sept 7, open Fridays 4-8pm, Sat/Sun 12-5pm

pretty easy to get to from the DC area, you basically just zip out 270 then take the West Patrick Street exit.
