    you got more information about it than I did. My email stated

    “Today we announce the 2009 Artists’ Inaugural Ball, on January 20 2009.

    Art of Change is the premier inaugural celebration of DC’s creative communities, featuring performances by the top DJs, firedancers, and musicians on the East Coast and around the country.

    Register now to perform or volunteer, at http://www.artists-ball.org. Tickets will be available to purchase online beginning Monday, January 5th.”

    and there is no more information on the website about the event or ability to sign up a new account to get more information, no time listed, no location, no ticket price – nuthin’!

    The ticket sales & information will be available beginning January 5th. That should have been in the email. Sorry it wasn’t.
